The room was very spacious, with a sofa, a table, a kettle and a coffee machine it was perfect to relax after touring around beautiful Kyoto. And the lighting was very relaxing and beautiful. The staff were more than friendly. They were all the facilities you needed, including washing machines, soft drinks vending machine, microwave, etc on the ground floor. And the location of the hotel was also very convenient but in a quiet street

The location was very convenient with the Gion District and Yasaka shrine just a 20min walk. 5min walk gets you to kamo river which is beautiful for a stroll at any time of the day or night. The room itself was very clean and a reasonable size. The hotel had a coin operated washing machine which was so handy. There was also a jug in the room which you can take to the first floor to fill with ice and water for free. Also a whole manga section. Free umbrellas to use if it rains and other amenities. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful.

Great value for our money. The staff were very friendly, even though there were some language barriers. The facilities included a washing machine, which was very easy to use. The location was very nice, within short walking distance of Kiyamachi. The room was spacious for two people and the shower and toilet were very clean.

The facility was well maintained. Convenient location too.

This small boutique hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the Higashiyama subway stop. Beautiful rooms, spacious with a modern but temple style feel to the decor. Front desk staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I can't say enough of the size of the rooms! Our family room with 4 beds was about 650 sq ft. Great place, i was definitely stay here again.
